Passagemaker LRC65 Poolster for sale
Description
The passagemaker LRC65 Poolster, designed by Dennis Harjamaa (NZ) of Artnautica Yacht Design, was built in 2023 by Aluboot, Hindeloopen, the Netherlands. It is a CE-A-certified, self-righting long-range cruising boat, equally at home on coastal voyages or on ocean crossings.
Built of marine-grade 5083 aluminum (8mm bottom, 6mm topsides, 5mm wheelhouse, and deck). The keel bar is 20 mm thick. Most of the hull below the waterline comprises integrated fuel and water tankage or watertight compartments, making for a double bottom.
She is long and narrow, with a rugged, simple engine, and weighs 30 tons fully laden, making her incredibly economical to run. With her fuel tanks topped off, clean bottom, and sailing 9 knots on average, her range is 4000 nm. Slow down to 8 knots and her range extends to 6000 nm with a 5% reserve.
Poolster was designed for extended time off the grid, if you choose, and for full-time liveaboard use. Getting there, passage-making at 7 to 9 knots, is easily achievable. Artnautica Europe was actively involved in the construction and fitting out of Poolster.
Poolster is meticulously insulated and has double glazing (12mm outer pane, 6mm gap, and 6mm inner pane); she is operational year-round.
Poolster is available in Q4 of 2026 to travel the world without the build wait.
Poolster's main dimensions are 20 m (65.7′) LOA, 5 m (16.4′) Beam, 1.15 m (3.8′) Draft; Airdraft 5.8 m (19′), 4.8 m (16') with the VHF antenna down and 3.6 m (12′) with the mast down (folded forward; manually operated).

Accommodations
The LRC65-01 layout comprises a master and a guest cabin, each with an ensuite bathroom. A lounge and a twin single-bunk sleeping cabin are positioned in the front. This area can be reconfigured as a crew cabin with an ensuite head and shower.
The guest cabin downstairs has more-than-generous standing headroom at the entrance. The guest cabin has a double bed.
The cabins and the lounge below are air-conditioned.
Under the galley is a spacious (vented) basement with batteries, an air conditioning unit, a freezer, and additional storage.
The wheelhouse is where all the action takes place when driving the boat, entertaining guests, or cooking.
There are lots of things that make the LRC65 special, but perhaps the one sailors will most appreciate is the tidy, laid-out engine room or the large stern cockpit.
Both bathrooms have a properly sized standing shower with an easy-to-clean floor, a glass shower door, a washbasin, a Tecma electric freshwater toilet plumbed to the holding tank, a separate shower cabin, and unlimited hot water.
Poolster has a workshop, outfitted with a vice and numerous spare parts kept in the lazarette, such as (freshwater) pumps, gaskets, oil filter, belt set, fuses, bilge pump, spare alternator, and LED lamps.
