Passagemaker XPM85-01 for sale
The construction *) of the XPM85-01 passagemaker, designed by Dennis Harjamaa (NZ) of Artnautica Yacht Design, started at Naval Yachts, Antalya, Turkey, in 2022.
Halfway into the build, the owner decided he preferred sailing and stepped out of the project. This presents a unique opportunity for someone who wants to build the ultimate explorer vessel in only twelve months!
The XPM85-01 has been designed for extended time off the grid and for full-time liveaboard use. Getting there and passage-making at 10 knots are easily achievable.
The XPM85-01 will be CE-A certified. MCA MGN 280 Certification and MCA Category 0 are optional, ensuring maximum safety and worldwide commercial chartering.
The XPM85-01 has a three-stateroom layout: master stateroom and two guest staterooms plus an optional crew stateroom.
XPM85-01's main dimensions are 25.4m (85′) LOA, 25.4m (85′) LWL, 6.2m (20.3′) Beam, 1.6m (5.2′) Draft, Airdraft 6.8m (22.3′)(top of arch, not including antennas).

*) The hull and superstructure are completed, and the insulation is partially done. The Webasto chiller system and fan coils, the Nogva CPP system with two 300 HP Scania engines, the Maxwell windlass, and the Rocna anchor are ready for installation. The Nogva gearboxes have a PTI/PTO to make it a “hybrid-ready system.”
